Auction Terms and Information: Cash, Check or Credit Card w/valid ID. There will be a 10% buyer’s premium on-site and a 15% buyer’s premium for Online bidding with an additional 3% for all credit card purchases.
Check Out & Loading: Buyers will need to have a paid receipt before loading. Auction staff assistance for loading is available on sale day to 6:00 PM and Sat. Sept. 7, from 8:00 AM to 12 noon, and the following week Mon. through Wed. from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Otherwise it will need to be by appointment. Loading with 4,000 lb. forklift available at no charge.

Sales Tax : Sales tax will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout based on a variety of factors including: State, City & County jurisdiction requirements, shipping to address, shipping from address and category of item purchased.

Payment Instructions: All successful online auction bidders agree to make full payment to Air Works Consignment Auction LTD Within 48 hours after the auction date. All credit cards on file with a purchase under $2,000 will be processed within 24 hours of the auction event, and an additional 3.9% card fee will be charged. If you spend over $2,000, you will be asked to send an alternate payment method at the auction company's discretion. Suppose you are coming to pick up your items the week after the auction, and your total is over $2,000. In that case, you will asked to send a wire transfer for your purchases before picking up your items or bring a certified check along, as all items need to be paid before leaving the auction site. Immediately Available Funds: Bidders' bids are not subject to financing. Bidder represents and warrants to Air Works Auction that such bidder has immediately available funds to fully pay for it’s successful bids within (48) hours of the auction date. Load Out Instructions: The buyer is responsible for picking up the purchased items during allotted removal dates and times. If you send a trucker to pick up your items, he must have a paid receipt, or will not be loaded. No exceptions.

Special Terms; Air Works Auction Owners, employees and associates including sub-contractors are not responsible or liable for accidents causing personal harm or damage to the items of the seller or buyer, or for damages to personnel or vehicles and trailers on the auction premises including any onsite or offsite parking area, including a fall from slippery conditions. Liability for Bids: Any bidder, participating on behalf of their employer or acting as agent on behalf of a principal and/or principals, whether bidding, buying, attending, or otherwise, agree that such actions shall constitute sufficient evidence that such Bidder is authorized to bind such employer and/or principal. Air Works Auction reserves the right to hold any and all individuals bidding personally liable for full payment of all winning bids and any and all obligations incurred in relation to said winning bid, whether incurred on behalf of their employer or principal or not. Please Note we are required to collect local sales tax on most auctions. If you Have a tax ID number and are tax-exempt, we ask that you put it on file with Proxibid. If you have a valid reason to be tax-exempt and don’t have a tax ID Number, You can fill out and exemption form and send it to us and we will remove or refund the tax. Any titled vehicles will have the sales tax removed from the invoice and you will remit the tax when you register the vehicle. If your payment is processed through ATG Pay, they collect and remit sales tax. We have no control over this, and you must have a sales tax form on file with them. Airworks Consignment Auction will not give refunds on sales tax, they must be processed from ATG Pay specifically. All items are sold 'As Is Where Is' The Air Works Consignment Auction Ltd. acts only as an agent of the seller and assumes no responsibility for seller statements. All items sell as is where is with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items and equipment before bidding on them as the winning bidder is committing to a legally binding purchase. We have good, trusted sellers and ask our sellers to represent their items in an ethical manner but ask that you the buyer understand you are purchasing items and equipment upon your own final inspection and discretion. All items are to be removed from the premises by the purchaser. In all disputed bids, the decision of the auctioneer on the stand is final. All items sell as is where is with no warranties or guarantees.
