All successful On-line auction bidders agree to make full payment to Air Works Consignment Auction LTD Within 48-Hours after the auction date.
All credit cards on file with a purchase under $2,000 will be processed the night of the auction event and will be charge an additional 3.9% card fee. Over $2,000 you will be asked to send an alternate payment method at the auction company's discretion. If you are coming to pickup your items the week after the auction, and your total is over $2,000 you will asked to send a wire transfer for your purchases prior to picking up your items or bring a certified check along as all items need paid prior to leaving auction site.
Immediately Available Funds: Bidder’s bids are not subjected to financing. Bidder represents and warrants to Air Works Auction that such bidder has immediately available funds to fully pay for it’s successful bids within (48) hours of the auction date.

Shipping Instructions: Buyer is responsible to have the purchased items picked up during allotted removal dates and times. If you send a trucker to pick up your items, he must have a paid receipt or will not be loaded. No exceptions
Rigging Instructions: All disassembly and rigging are the responsibility of the buyer (if rigging is required for your items) Free loading and assistance is provided for the load-out on heavy equipment and industrial equipment as a service to our buyers from March 27th 8am to 7pm or on March 28th 8am to 4pm:

Please Note we are required to collect local sales tax on most auctions. If you Have a tax ID number and are tax exempt, we ask that you put it on file with Proxibid. If you have a valid reason to be tax exempt and don’t have a tax ID Number, You can fill out and exemption form and send it to us and we will remove or refund the tax. Any titled vehicles will have the sales tax removed from the invoice and you will remit the tax when you register the vehicle.

In all disputed bids, the decision of the auctioneer on the stand is final. The sales price is the price recorded by the clerk on the clerking sheet at the time of the sale. If you question this price, we will endeavor to check with the clerk and the auctioneer. However, if they don't recall the item or a difference in price, the price on the clerking sheet shall stand and you are expected to pay for the item. Purchaser assumes responsibility for items at the time of purchase (i.e., when the auctioneer declares the item sold). Do not leave items unattended.
