Cash, Check or Credit Card w/valid ID. There will be a 7.5% buyer’s premium on-site with an additional 3% for all credit card purchases. Different terms for Online bidding will apply. All items are sold “as is, where is with no warranty expressed or implied.” Sales tax does apply unless exempt.

In all disputed bids the decision of the auctioneer on the stand is final. The sales price is the price recorded by the clerk on the clerking sheet at the time of the sale. If you question this price we will endeavor to check with the clerk and the auctioneer. However, if they don't recall the item or a difference in price, the price on the clerking sheet shall stand and you are expected to pay for the item.

Air Works Auction Owners, employees and associates including sub-contractors are not responsible or liable for accidents causing personal harm or damage to the items of the seller or buyer, or for damages to personnel or vehicles and trailers on the auction premises including any onsite or offsite parking area, including a fall from slippery conditions.

 
Check Out & Loading

Buyer’s will need to have a paid receipt to enter auction area and before loading. Assistance for loading is available on sale day as well as the following week Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

NOTE: The Auction reserves the right to sell or dispose of items left on the
premises 7 days after the sale. Send a copy of your paid receipt with your hauler. Buyer is responsable to arrange removal of items purchased. Buyer forfeits any item left on the auction site premises 7 days after the auction, to the auction company. No refunds will be issued. The lot is closed on Sunday.

Consignment Unloading Schedule

Monday Feb. 12th from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M., Tuesday & Wednesday Feb. 13 & 14th from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Thursday Morning, Feb. 15th, unloading is 7:30 to 12:00 and RESERVED FOR OUT OF STATE CONSIGNORS.
