Currency Type: USD. Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, and Credit Cards accepted.

All successful On-line auction bidders agree to make full payment to Air Works Consignment Auction LTD Within 48-Hours after the auction date.

All credit cards on file with a purchase under $2,000 will be processed the night of the auction event and will be charged an additional 3% card fee. Over $2,000 you will be asked to send an alternate payment method at the auction company's discretion. If you are coming to pick up your items the week after the auction, and your total is over $2,000 you will be asked to send a wire transfer for your purchases prior to picking up your items or bring a certified check along as all items need paid prior to leaving auction site.

Immediately Available Funds: Bidder’s bids are not subject to financing. The bidder represents and warrants to Air Works Auction that such bidder has immediately available funds to fully pay for its successful bids within (48) hours of the auction date.

Loadout Date & Times: Oct. 27, 8AM to 4PM, Oct. 28, 8AM to 12 Noon, Oct 30 through Nov. 3, 8AM to 4PM, Nov. 4, 8AM to 12 Noon, Nov. 6, through Nov. 9, 8AM to 4PM.

 NOTE- All items left on the lot after 14 days will become property of the Air Works Auction with no refund to the buyer and will be resold or disposed of at the buyer’s expense. 
Shipping Instructions:

Special Terms

Fraudulent Bidders / Unpaid Invoices:  Air Works Consignment Auction LTD reserves the right, and you acknowledge and agree to its exercise of its right, to notify third parties, including law enforcement authorities, credits bureaus, other auction companies and industry regulators and authorities, about Bidders involved with or connected to fraudulent bidding or failure to fully pay invoices in accordance with these Auction specific terms.

Liability for Bids: Any bidder, participating on behalf of their employer or acting as agent on behalf of a principal and/or principals, whether bidding, buying, attending, or otherwise, agree that such actions shall constitute sufficient evidence that such Bidder is authorized to bind such employer and/or principal. Air Works Auction reserves the right to hold any and all individuals bidding personally liable for full payment of all winning bids and any and all obligations incurred in relation to said winning bid, whether incurred on behalf of their employer or principal or not.

 

Please Note we are required to collect local sales tax on most auctions. If you Have a tax ID number and are tax exempt, we ask that you put it on file with Proxibid. If you have a valid reason to be tax exempt and don’t have a tax ID Number, You can fill out and exemption form and send it to us and we will remove or refund the tax. Any titled vehicles will have the sales tax removed from the invoice and you will remit the tax when you register the vehicle.

All items are sold 'As Is Where Is'  The Air Works Consignment Auction Ltd. acts only as an agent of the seller and assumes no responsibility for seller statements. All items sell as is where is with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items and equipment before bidding on them as the winning bidder is committing to a legally binding purchase.  We have good, trusted sellers and ask sellers to represent their items in an ethical manner but ask that you the buyer understand you are purchasing items and equipment upon your own final inspection and discretion. All items are to be removed from the premises by the purchaser.

In all disputed bids, the decision of the auctioneer on the stand is final. The sales price is the price recorded by the clerk on the clerking sheet at the time of the sale. If you question this price, we will endeavor to check with the clerk and the auctioneer. However, if they don't recall the item or a difference in price, the price on the clerking sheet shall stand and you are expected to pay for the item. The purchaser assumes responsibility for items at the time of purchase (i.e., when the auctioneer declares the item sold). Do not leave items unattended. When an item is sold, the buyer is responsible for it, including damage and theft. All items sell as is where is with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items and equipment before bidding on them as the winning bidder is committing to a legally binding purchase.  

 DO NOT PICK YOUR ITEMS. SOMEONE WILL ASSIST YOU IN PICKING YOUR ITEMS.  The lot is closed on Sunday. It is our goal that your auction experience will be a pleasant one. Your understanding and compliance with the above terms will help accomplish this goal.
