Lots of new in the box Stanley hinges, latches, pulls etc. Tools including snips, screwdrivers, 9 new Fuller pipe wrenches;
Auction Terms and Information: Cash, Check or Credit Card w/valid ID. There is a 15% buyer’s premium for Online bidding with an additional 3% for all credit card purchases. Absentee Max-Bid Program is available for this auction, call 330-749-4362.
Check Out & Loading: Buyers will need to have a paid receipt before loading, no exceptions. The buyer is responsible for dismantling and preparing equipment for loading. Seller assistance for loading is available on Oct. 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily. Otherwise, it will need to be by appointment.

Payment Instructions: All successful online auction bidders agree to make full payment to Air Works Consignment Auction LTD Within 48 hours after the auction date. All credit cards on file with a purchase under $2,000 will be processed within 24 hours of the auction event, and an additional 3.9% card fee will be charged. If you spend over $2,000, you will be asked to send an alternate payment method at the auction company's discretion. Suppose you are coming to pick up your items the week after the auction, and your total is over $2,000. In that case, you will asked to send a wire transfer for your purchases before picking up your items or mail a certified check to Air works Auction PO Box 242, Kidron OH 44636, as all items need to be paid before picking up. Immediately Available Funds: Bidders' bids are not subject to financing. Bidder represents and warrants to Air Works Auction that such bidder has immediately available funds to fully pay for it’s successful bids within (48) hours of the auction date. IF YOU INTEND TO MAIL A CHECK, please mail overnight it to PO Box 242 Kidron Oh 44636. Do not mail a check to the auction location address. Currency type: USD
Shipping Instructions: The buyer is responsible for picking up the purchased items during allotted removal dates and times. If you send a trucker to pick up your items, he must have a paid receipt, or will not be loaded. No exceptions. Any pieces that need to be dismantled, cut into sections, or loosened from their setting is the responsibility of the buyer.

Checkout Date & Times: Buyers will need to have a paid receipt before loading. Seller will provide assistance for loading on Wed. Oct. 16 through Sat. Oct. 19, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Mon. Air Works Auction Owners, employees and associates including sub-contractors are not responsible or liable for accidents causing personal harm or damage to the items of the seller or buyer, or for damages to personnel or vehicles and trailers on the auction premises including any onsite or offsite parking area, including a fall from slippery conditions. No refunds for unclaimed items will be given to the buyer and the buyer will be held responsible to make full payment of his/her items with no exceptions according to law. Fraudulent Bidders / Unpaid Invoices: Air Works Consignment Auction LTD reserves the right, and you acknowledge and agree to its exercise of its right, to notify third parties, including law enforcement authorities, credits bureaus, other auction companies and industry regulators and authorities, about Bidders involved with or connected to fraudulent bidding or failure to pay invoices in accordance with these Auction specific terms fully. Liability for Bids: Any bidder, participating on behalf of their employer or acting as agent on behalf of a principal and/or principals, whether bidding, buying, attending, or otherwise, agree that such actions shall constitute sufficient evidence that such Bidder is authorized to bind such employer and/or principal. Air Works Auction reserves the right to hold any and all individuals bidding personally liable for full payment of all winning bids and any and all obligations incurred in relation to said winning bid, whether incurred on behalf of their employer or principal or not. Please Note we are required to collect local sales tax on most auctions. If you Have a tax ID number and are tax-exempt, we ask that you put it on file with Proxibid. If you have a valid reason to be tax-exempt and don’t have a tax ID Number, You can fill out and exemption form and send it to us and we will remove or refund the tax. Any titled vehicles will have the sales tax removed from the invoice and you will remit the tax when you register the vehicle. If your payment is processed through ATGPay, they collect and remit sales tax. We have no control over this, and you must have a sales tax form on file with them. Airworks Consignment Auction will not give refunds on sales tax, they must be processed from ATGPay specifically. All items are sold 'As Is Where Is' The Air Works Consignment Auction Ltd. acts only as an agent of the seller and assumes no responsibility for seller statements. All items sell as is where is with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items and equipment before bidding on them as the winning bidder is committing to a legally binding purchase. We have good, trusted sellers and ask our sellers to represent their items in an ethical manner but ask that you the buyer understand you are purchasing items and equipment upon your own final inspection and discretion. All items are to be removed from the premises by the purchaser. DO NOT PICK YOUR ITEMS. SOMEONE WILL ASSIST YOU IN PICKING YOUR ITEMS. The lot is closed on Sunday.
